So, I didn’t fall off of the face of the planet. I wanted to for a few days, but I didn’t.
I had hell week last week. I was finishing one of my graduate classes and had an absolutely crazy, busy week at work last week. Ugh. I’m completely glad that the week is over with.
Needless to say I’m in a much better place this week! 
Summer vacation is coming up soon and I am SO ready for it!
For dinner tonight we grilled, of course!
Dinner ended up like this….
I wrapped some asparagus in prosciutto and grilled it up with some chicken breast tenders that had been covered in a jalapeno-honey BBQ sauce.
I just tossed the asparagus in some olive oil and garlic powder and wrapped strips of prosciutto around it.
Then the Good Eats Guy threw it on the grill.
Yum!
This was a nice change from the norm and the flavors were delish!

Asparagus and prosciutto are so good together. My mom makes it every now and then when we have a “fancy” family meal, and its totally my favorite part.
